Some features require a paid subscription. Payments may be processed through Paystack, Mobile Money (MoMo), bank cards, or other approved payment channels. All fees are charged in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated and are non-refundable except where required by Ghanaian law.
You retain full ownership of your invoices, customer information, and business data. We process and protect your data in compliance with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
You are responsible for ensuring that all invoices generated using the platform comply with applicable Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) regulations, including VAT, NHIL, GETFund Levy, and other statutory taxes. Where supported, the platform may provide features aligned with GRA e-VAT or e-Invoicing systems, but we do not guarantee automatic tax filings or regulatory approval on your behalf.
We strive to maintain reliable and continuous service; however, availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party services, or network disruptions.
You may not use the platform for fraudulent transactions, tax evasion, money laundering, or any unlawful activity under Ghanaian law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, payment obligations, or applicable Ghanaian regulations.
